The Color of Fall contest

CutCardstock.com is having an online contest, the theme is "The Color of Fall". Check it out and join in on the fun.

To create this card, I used 5 shades of Pop-Tones card stock; Lemon Drop, Orange Fizz, Tangy Orange, Gumdrop Green and Jellybean Green. For the card itself, I used Sorbet Cappuccino brown.

Using my maple, birch and oak leaf stamps from Serendipity and the McGill punches that match, I made one of each, large and small. I used Vintage Photo Distress ink around the edges. The acorns and the beautiful saying are from Repeat Impressions. The pine branches are a Martha Stewart punch.

I used my Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder for the upper section of the background. I stamped the dotted border from Outlines Rubber stamps and cut it out. The scalloped edge is part of the stamp. I used another dotted background stamp on the lighter orange strip of the faux ribbon I created.

Who needs designer paper, lol. I hope you enjoy my "Color of Fall" card.
