Panning for Gold

Here is a great river scene I did a while back for a swap on my Yahoo group. All stamps are from Sutter Stamps except the Stampscapes water pattern.

I think this is just such a peaceful scene. All coloring was done with Copic markers. I airbrushed the sky as well as adding some airbrushing to the water. Since I did this a while ago, I am not certain about the colors I used.

But I can list my favorite Copics for scenic stamping:

Grass - G40, G82 and E51 (I will often use E51 to give the grass a richer color, especially if it is a patchy grass)
Rocks - E70, E71, E11
Mountains - E50, E51 or E40, E41, or E70
Tree Trunks - E43, E44
Water - B00, B01
Sky - B21, B32, B41
Paths/Sand/Dirt - E50, E51
Log Cabin - E11, E13, E17

Thanks for stopping by. I am sorry I don't have new art but I will continue to post scenes you may not have seen until my hectic schedule slows down some.

This is a nice scene too! I have yet to use that gold panner.
