In my Thoughts

On the Yahoo Sutter group, there is a challenge to create a Sympathy scene. Here is my contribution to the challenge. Hey, Jenny, I used pink, lol!

I began by stamping my girl from Repeat Impressions onto Cryogen white paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink. I masked her off and then stamped the lighthouse also from Repeat Impressions. Next came the grass around her feet from Sutter Stamps, the water pattern and the sand pattern, both from Stampscapes as well as the fence.

Using my Copic airbrush system, I colored the sky with B21 and B23. I also airbrushed E51 onto the sandy areas. For the rest I used these markers:
Water - B000, B00
Rocks - E70, E11
Grass - G40, G82
Buildings - R59
Lighthouse shading - C0
Flesh - E00
Dress - R81, R85, R89
Flowers - V15

The pine branches, the foreground brush and the gulls are from Stampscapes. I computer generated the saying. The corners are punched with an EK Success concave punch. Finished size is 5 x 7 inches.
