Sending Smiles

Here is another Repeat Impressions card I made. My assignment was to use stamps from the new Hip Chick collection. I chose to work with the smiley faces. Being a child of the 70's, I can relate to these.

I stamped my 3 smileys on yellow card stock, why? Because they are supposed to be yellow, lol. Then I thought...make them into flowers. I wanted to be a flower child but was born just a little too late for that era. But my next door neighbor was and I so adored her. So Joy, this card is for you!

Then I found this great paper from Gotmoxie.com and it was perfect. I cut some flower ribbon apart and glued on the individual flowers, added the saying and I was done. A quick and easy card that definitely makes me smile. How about you? Finished size is 5 7/8" square.
