Impression Obsession White challenge

The challenge over at the Impression Obsession blog is "white".  Now that leaves a lot to interpretation.  I tried to use more white but it kind of evolved as I was working on it.

I began by stamping Jingle Bell Chickadee F7020 onto Cryogen white paper and coloring it with my Copics:
Chickadee - E33, E40, R01, YR16
Bow - R24
Bell - YR21

I used a Cuttlebug Holly Ribbon embossing folder on the white panel.  I was originally going to make it all white but it was so plain, not as elegant as it looked in my mind.  So I added the red panels and then the red ribbon and then the gold pearls, lol.  But at least it is mostly white.  Finished size is 5.5 x 4.25 inches.  This is another of the cards we made in class today and my girls liked it, so that is what truly matters.

So check out the Impression Obsession blog and all the great cards by their design team.  And enter for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate to the store.

Lovely card, Sandy. Colored perfectly, of course. I made a card for this challenge too, but at the last minute realized I'd used a sentiment that wasn't from IO, so I blew it! Glad you're able to follow directions better than I am!!

HAHA, Robin.... read the rules!
Sandy -- another beautiful chickadee -- you color them so wonderfully, looks like it could fly right off the paper! I love that new CB folder too!!! I don't have it in my hands ... yet.... sooon I will!!! The red edges really make this card POP!
Thanks for joining in the IO challenge!
