Season's Greetings

Here is a very quick card I made using stamps from the Winter Trees Stampendous clear stamp set.  I have never tried airbrushing on glossy so I wanted to give it a try.

I began by creating a little scene on a piece of glossy, 4 x 5.25 inches.  I stamped with Memento Tuxedo black ink.  Once I got a layout I was happy with, I cut some Eclipse tape in an arc and airbrushed the hills with B02.  I added a little B63 for some extra shading.  Then I colored the deer with E33, the houses with B91 and the trees with G24.  You have to be careful coloring on glossy with Copics, it tends to leave streaks.  So I color quickly and lightly using a lot of the brush.

This little card took 10 minutes max to make.  Finished size is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.

Such a pretty snowy winter scene. Perfect for the first day of winter. Glad to hear coloring with Copics on glossy works - new thing to try.
