Hugs and Kisses tri-shutter card

I taught class today with my Mason ladies (Hi, girls) and I created this card for them.  It is a tri-shutter card.  The picture to the right shows what it looks like folded up and ready for an A2 envelope.

The Hugs and Kisses stamp is a new cling stamp from Hero Arts that I received from ABC Toys and Crafts and I have to say that I love it.  Evidently I am not the only one as ABC is sold out at this moment but expects a new shipment the end of next week.  This is a very fun stamp and takes very little work to look good.  I used a combination of Souffle ,Glaze and gel pens on the flowers.  The heart was colored with R46 Copic marker.

The DP is from Archiver's, the glittered heart embellishments are K&Company and the Happy Valentines is from Great Impressions.

I started with a piece of card stock, 5.5 x 12 inches, added a couple cuts and some scoring and then the fun begins.  Lots  of room for embellishments on this card.  Here is a picture of the card opened up. You could easily add a personal message in the center panel.

Be sure to check out the tutorial on Split Coast Stampers for instructions on making a card like this.

Love this card Sandy! The papers are perfect and the stamp is amazing. (I'll have to root that one out).

Us ladies loved this card. Sandy is so much fun to work with and has the greatest ideas. We can't wait for her visit each month. Edna

This is a fun card. Class was really fun yesterday - thanks again for all of your "cutting" and "scoring" - see you in February. Elaine
