This first one is a mix of Stonewashed, Bottle and Terracotta. Using Marvy Matchables black ink, I stamped Stampscapes Lakeside Cove, Tall Peak and then framed the scene with Cattails large and Prickly Branches. Using these type of backgrounds make for very fast scenes.
For the next one, I decided to try one of my Copic reinkers. So this is a mix of Stonewashed, Bottle and RV04. The Copic ink worked exactly as the Adirondacks did. Then I stamped Stampscapes Old Mill large and frame the top of the scene with Twisting Leaves small. I added Duck Trio in Flight and I was done. I used glossy paper from The Paper Cut. And I applied the color with the Tim Holtz Alcohol Ink Applicator, using blending solution as well. Finished size is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.

Wonderful job on these beauties! I asked this in the Yahoo group, but did you use the blending medium with these & apply with the applicator? Which papers did you use with this scene? I just love this look & would like to give it a try. Thanks!
