The challenge this week over at Karen's Doodles challenge blog is to follow this great sketch by design team member Shana Dahl. You should really join in on the fun for a chance to win up to 3 Karen's Doodles images. There are 3 chances to win chosen randomly so everyone has an equal chance. If you don't own any Karen's Doodles, you can pick up a few freebies at her Paper Craft Planet group.
So I decided to use one of Karen's newest images, Butterfly Baby Girl. Isn't she sweet? She also has an older boy and girl version for sale. I sized the image to fit the largest Spellbinders Labels Large and then printed her onto Cryogen paper with my inkjet printer. Copics used:
Baby - E000, E00, R20
Eyes - E97
Hair - E33
Dress - V04, V06
Flowers - YR12, YR18
Grass - G40, G21
Butterflies - Y11, YR12, YR18, G21
I airbrushed B01 around the image before removing it from the die. These great papers are from the Basic Grey Kioshi collection. I airbrushed both the flowers, the center brad and the gems to match the paper. Finished size is 6" square. Be sure to visit the Challenge blog to see what the rest of the design team has created. And won't you please join in on the fun?
