Karen's Doodles Challenge 7 - a Recipe

The challenge this week over at Karen's Doodles challenge blog is a recipe: 2 patterned papers, 1 ribbon, 3 brads/gems and a border (extras are allowed). The border is up to your interpretation; it can be a border punch or a border around the image. You should really join in on the fun for a chance to win up to 3 Karen's Doodles images. There are 3 chances to win chosen randomly so everyone has an equal chance. If you don't own any Karen's Doodles, you can pick up a few freebies at her Paper Craft Planet group.

So I decided to use one of Karen's older images, Penguin Cupcake.  My good friend, Lois, just celebrated a birthday so this was the perfect image for her card as she loves penguins.   I sized the image to fit the largest Spellbinders Labels Three die and then printed it onto Cryogen paper with my inkjet printer.  Copics used:
Penguins - C4, YR15
Hats, Ties and Confetti - YG41, YG45, V12, V15, B32, B34
Cupcake - V12, E41, E42, various Spica pens
Horns - Y32, R85, YG41
Shadow - C1

Finished size is 5.5 inches square.  Be sure to visit the Challenge blog to see what the rest of the design team has created.  And won't you please join in on the fun?
