This week over at Mo's Digital Challenge our challenge is to use paper piecing on our card. I picked Mummu for my card, she is one of my favorites of all of Mo's images.
Using Adobe Photoshop Elements, I sized the image and then printed it onto Cryogen paper with my inkjet printer. Then I printed it again onto the plaid paper as well as the solid green, both from Basic Grey's 6x6 Kioshi paper collection. Not much coloring to this image.
Mummu - E000, E00, R20
Hair - W1, W3
Shoes - YG91, YG01
Cuffs - Y38
I added some shading to the green of her skirt with BG000. All of the DP is from the Kioshi collection. The border punch is Martha Stewart, the leaves are a Sizzix die. Finished size is 6" square.
Be sure to check out what the rest of the design team has come up with. I hope I have inspired you to give digi images a try.
