Vintage/Sketch Fun Challenge at Make It Crafty

The fourth Wednesday of every month is a Fun Challenge over at the Make It Crafty blog. Our challenge this month is a Vintage Theme with a Sketch to follow.  Once again this was a challenge for me as I don't do Vintage but I gave it a whirl.

Following the sketch, I sized this new Gingerbread House digi from Make It Crafty and added a gradient background before printing it onto Cryogen paper with my inkjet printer.  I colored it with my Copic markers then distressed the edges of the DP and the image panel with my scissors.  The snowflake is a Marvy punch, the poinsettias are Nellie Snellen punches.  The DP is from the Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses 6x6 paper pad.  The Gingerbread border is a Martha Stewart punch. The tab is Stampin Up.  Finished size is 6" square.

Be sure to stop by the Make It Crafty blog to see what the rest of the Design Team has created for you.  And enter for a chance to win fabulous prizes.

The Gingerbread House turned out beautifully. Being challenged didn't hinder you any. You captured the 'Vintage" theme wonderfully.
