Black and White Christmas

For my card, I used Karen's Doodles Bigsby Wreath. I also used a template I got from Challenge Cards Etc. I sized the image to fit then printed it onto Cryogen paper with my inkjet printer. I think I used every gray marker I own, both Cool and Warm. I added just a bit of color to Bigsby and his blanket. Kind of reminds me of Ted Turner colorized movies. This is a really cool template.....
For the inside, I printed a very light scan of the image, overlaying the beginning of that most famous Christmas story. Here is what it looks like with the petals folded up...
The DP is from My Mind's Eye, the Meadow Lark collection. Finished size is 4.25 inches.

Well, this is a very creative card. The color choice is totally unusual for a Christmas card. You have done an outstanding job choosing DP's and card design.
oh wow Sandy this is fab!!!! Gorgeous shaped card. I must say I struggled with this one but, what's a challenge if it's not to get those brain cells moving lol

Sorry for being a lousy team member this week, this bug wiped me out I am begining to feel a little human again so dashing round my teamies to comment lol. It seems Bigsbys wreath suits b/w so well as a few of us went for him! Gorgeous card and detail

Are the petals a die? I recognize the octagon, and have somethign like that, but what did you use for the petals... or did you gut them by hand.
