Egg-stra Special Easter

For my project today, I used a new XL embossing plate from Cheery Lynn Designs called Easter Bunny Eggs.  I embossed my card stock then used a shade darker ink to emphasize the raised areas.  I created my easel card base as well as the card front using my Scallop French Flair XL Stacker die.  Then using my Silver French Flair Stacker and my Classic French Flair Stacker I created the layers for the card front.  I layered a Circle XL Stacker die onto a Scallop Circle XL Stacker die to created the round frame to which I added Lattice 2.

For the base I used my Fanciful Flowers XL embossing plate, again accenting the raised area with darker ink.  For the border piece, I cut 3 strips of card stock, purple, gold and yellow, adding texture to the yellow piece with my Rectangle Stitcher plate.  Then I placed them on my French Flair die, lining them up across the points and cut all 3 layers at one time.  The flowers are from my stash but I used Dimensional Small Leaves 2 and Bird of a Branch 2 for the flourish. The sentiment is from Sweet Stamps.

The adorable images are from Magnolia Stamps; Bunny Tilda and one of Edwin's chicks, stamped with Memento Tuxedo black onto Cryogen paper.  Copics used:
Tilda - E000, E00, R20
Bunny suit - BV000, BV01, R20
Basket - E21, E33
Eggs - R21, Y35, B21, BV01
Shadow - C1
Chick - Y11, Y35, YR12
I added clear Gelly Roll pen to her wings and to the dots on her belly, ears and feet.  I added some pearl accents with my Viva Decor Pearl pens and then airbrushed some gems to match with BV17 and added them to the front panel.  Finished size is 5 5/8" square.
