Outlines Spring Challenge

Our team challenge this week for Outlines Rubber Stamp is Spring.  Please stop by and visit the rest of the incredibly talented team and see what they have created for you.

For my card, I used this fabulous stamp called Blooming Layering Collage.   I stamped it on purple, blue, green, pink and yellow card stock with Versafine Black ink.  Using the pink panel as the base, I mixed and matched different panels from the collage.  Then using my Twinkling H2O's, I colored in bits and pieces of each panel.  I also added pearl accents with my Viva Pearl Pens.  The last step was to mount the panel onto my 5.5" square card base.

The really fun part about making a card like this is the leftovers.  I took some of them and created a bookmark enclosure for my card.  I just started with a base of purple with a layered black panel and then started adding bits and pieces from the collage stamp.  For this one, I only used my Viva Pearl Pens to decorate it.

Great card and bookmark, Sandy! VERY Spring-y! And good for you for getting out those H2Os instead of Copics! It's fun to switch up every now and then, isn't it?
