Outlines Ribbon and Bows challenge

Our team challenge this week for Outlines Rubber Stamp is a Ribbons and Bows. Visit the Outlines Rubber Stamp blog to join the challenge for a chance to win a $25 shopping spree and to see what the rest of the design team has created.

I decided to make a tall card, I love tall cards!  Using my Kaiser Craft Gypsy Sisters 6x6 paper pack, I stamped Happy Birthday to you.. Rick Rack Background, and Flower Sq. Lg. with Versafine black ink onto one of the patterned papers from the collection.  I trimmed each of them out, mounting them on coordinating card stock.  I used Kiwi, Pool, Siren and Frosted Aqua Smooch Inks as well as Light Blue, Light Green and Gold Viva Decor Pearl Pens to color in the images.  I popped up the sentiment and the center panel of the flower square for added dimension.  Finished size is 6" square.

Be sure to visit the Outlines blog and join in on the challenge for a chance to win a $25 shopping spree at Outlines Rubber Stamp company

That's just too perfect! It's genius to think of the Rick Rack BG for some stamped ribbons! And I agree... I love tall cards too! Love this!

Different and very pretty. It's fun to change the shape of the cards once in a while. Like the colors. Edna

Terrific card, Sandy. I love that backgrounder and you've colored it and accented it with the pearl pens beautifully.

I never think to make a long card like this - thanks for the reminder!

Yep! I must agree ... this tall card is a refreshing change. And, that background stamp is an excellent partner stamp for the square image! Marvy combo of the pearl pens too!
