Outlines Monday Challenge 8 - Polka Dots

Our team challenge this week for Outlines Rubber Stamp is to use Polka Dots.  Visit the Outlines Rubber Stamp blog to join the challenge for a chance to win a $25 shopping spree and to see what the rest of the design team has created.

Here is another card where I used no designer paper, just card stock and stamps.  I created the 3 background panels with H-550 Large Dot Background,  I-552 Small Dot Background, and E-555 Dot Strip stamping them with black Versacolor ink and heat embossing them with black.  I added E-714 Watering Can Sq. Lg. and C-721 Four Little Flowers cutting out the different parts and popping them up with dimensionals.  I used Smooch Inks to color in the images, then added some Viva Decor Pearl pen accents  Finished size is 6 inches square.

Be sure to visit the Outlines blog and join in on the challenge for a chance to win a $25 shopping spree at Outlines Rubber Stamp company
