Magnolia Edwin Fishing and Cheery Lynn Designs

For my Cheery Lynn Designs project today, I thought I would see what I could do with Magnolia's Edwin Fishing, available locally at Sweet Stamps.

I started with the outer frame from the Emperor's Swan die.  I hand cut a piece of glossy card stock to fit behind the frame; then using a stipple brush and dye inks, I created the clouds in the sky and the water.  I added a piece of wood textured paper for Edwin to sit on, colored him with Copic markers and then cut him out.  I added pieces from the Tropical Flourish die to the bottom of the frame.  The sentiment is from Sweet Stamps; I used my Oval Little Stackers dies to cut the panels.  Cute huh?  The background paper is from Magnolia stamps.  Finished size is 5 x 7 inches.

Challenges:
Magnolia-licious Highlites - Just Paper
Deep Ocean Challenge - Light Blue
Papertake Weekly - Dies to Die For
