Today, Cheery Lynn Designs is releasing their February dies. I have a couple of projects to share with you.
Using the new Scalloped Coved Rectangle Reflections dies, I created a basket out of a 7.25 inch square piece of card stock. I scored it in thirds and then folded up the basket. I used the Country Girl border for the handle and added some flowers created with Miniature Rose, Judy's Blooms and Cherry Blossoms.
For my next project, I used the new Lace Eggs and Easter Basket dies.
Using a white card stock base, I added a 5 x 7 pink panel die cut using the new Celtic Chain Rectangle Reflection dies. I thought the pattern in the die makes a good match for the basket handle. The DP is from the Spring Drop 6x6 paper pad from First Edition. I die cut this wonderful new Spring Basket 2 from brown Core'dinations card stock, I traced the bottom of the basket and then cut a small piece for the back of the basket from the opposite side of the brown card stock. Cheery Lynn is releasing 7 new Lace Eggs today and they are all beautiful. I used Lace Egg 5 and Lace Egg 7 backing them with more card stock from my paper pack. The smallest die in the new Nesting Eggs set matches the lace eggs so you can cut a backing quite easily. I also placed a bit of Cheery Lynn's Grass Border in the basket for the eggs. The last step was to add a small Dragonfly with the coordinating angel wing.
For the inside of my card, I added two more panels cut with the new Celtic Chain Rectangle Reflection dies. These dies are a lot of fun to use. Now hurry on over to the Cheery Lynn Designs blog to see what the rest of the team has created! And don't forget to enter this week's Pretty in Pink challenge for a chance to win a $20 shopping spree.

The basket is beautiful and looks like you took a lot of time with it, but the card is great. Like the look of the eggs the way you've done them. Edna
