The challenge this week at Cheery Lynn Designs blog is Things with Wings. Cheery Lynn Designs has some fabulous butterfly and dragonfly dies. For my card, I used French Scalloped Flair Stackers to create my card base, then cut a coordinating French Flair Silver Stackers panel to which I added some texture using my Stitcher Plate Large Parallel Rectangle. Next I added a gorgeous Large Sunflower Doily as a backdrop for my flowers and dragonfly. First I made a couple of flowers, the peach one is made using Judy's Blooms with Darling Daisies for the center. The white roses were created using Miniature Rose and Medium Rose dies. I first added Mega Fanciful Flourish using pieces of it to fit the doily. Then I added my flowers and some extra leaves from the flourish die. The last step was to add my Dragonfly Large w/Angel Wing. This will fit in a 6" envelope.

There are so many things to love about this card. The stitching texture is a wonderful background for the beautiful scene you have created. The colors are so soft and pretty, and of course, your flowers are amazing!
