Brayered Fun

For my class with my stamping ladies this month, I decided to play with my 6 inch brayer.  Using a piece of Cut and Dry Foam, I created an ink pad using Adirondack reinkers Pool, Aqua, Pink Sherbet, Tropical Raspberry and Purple Twilight.  Inking up my brayer, we created 3 backgrounds and then stamped our images.

All of the animals are from Coronado Island Stamping (also the ocean floor), the rest are from Stampscapes.

Finished size is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.  We used Matte Coated card stock; all images were stamped with Marvy Matchables black ink.

I am so happy you reminded me to get my brayer out and try making scenes by this method again. It has been a long time since I have done it. And, your scenes are all amazingly lovely. You are so very talented. I hope this message goes through as I think my other one got lost somehow.

Love the look of these brayered cards. Esp. love the animal images you used; heard at the retreat that C.I. is having issues; hope I can still get that moose, esp.

Such beautiful cards! You are very talented!
Love the tiger especially! Could you please tell me which store you purchased the tiger? Love tigers! Tried to google it and it always boomerangs back to this pic.

Thanks for your time,
Sue
