Winter Wonderland

This week the challenge at Cheery Lynn Designs is Snowflakes.  I don't know which I like more; stacking doilies or stacking snowflakes.  For this one, I managed to sneak one of the new tiny doilies in with my snowflakes.

Using my Scalloped Square Lg Stackers I created my card base, adding a DP panel using the coordinating  Silver Square Stackers.  I used the new Mesh Border and the new Lady Kate Edger to create the center panel.

To create my Snowflake I layered from the bottom up Snowflake 2Italian Flourish Tiny Doily (in blue), Snowflowers Set 2 and ending with Snowflowers Set 1 to which I added a gem.  I used my Scalloped Square Lg Stackers to create the blue panel behind my sentiment.  The DP and sentiment are from Graphic 45's Nutcracker Sweet.  Finished size is 5 5/8" square.

Be sure to visit the Cheery Lynn Designs challenge blog for more inspiration and to join in on this week's Snowflakes challenge for a chance to win $20 to the store.

Your card is beautiful Sandy. I love the blue and white. I don't have the snowflowers dies yet, but they are probably the prettiest of all the snowflakes dies. They are so delicate and real looking.

Hi Sandy
Beautiful card. Love all the layers of different snowflakes staked like that. The mesh looks good behind it all too
