Santa's Midnight Ride

This was a very fun and quick card to make.  Using Cheery Lynn Designs new Santa's Sleigh and Reindeer die along with the new Winter Neighborhood Border I made this holiday card.  I started with glossy paper.  I added a circle mask using Eclipse tape and then stippled in my sky with Adirondack Denim and Stonewashed dye inks.  I removed the moon mask and then added a bit of soft blue to the moon so Santa would show up better.

I die cut both dies using Cryogen metallic paper adding some yellow behind the windows and doors to look like candlelight.  I mounted this to a 5 x 7 black card.  I added stars with a white gel pen.  A quick and easy card for your holiday season.

Be sure to visit the Cheery Lynn Designs Inspiration blog for more wonderful creations from this month's release and for a chance to win one of the new dies.
