Heartfelt Creations A Gift of Love

For my Heartfelt Creations project today, I have created a diagonal easel card.  Begin with a burgundy card base 6" x 12"; score at 6" and then score the left hand panel diagonally from the outer upper corner to the lower inner corner.  Fold in on the diagonal score line then attach a 6" x 6" burgundy card stock panel to the folded side to create a diagonal easel card.  Add a 5 3/4" square panel from the Botanic Orchid Paper Collection.  Using burgundy card stock, cut the round die from the Raindrops on Roses die set and adhere to the center of the card front with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive.  

 

Using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, stamp 3 sets of the smallest Botanic Orchid onto Cryogen metallic card stock and cut out with the coordinating die.  Use Copics R83 and R59 to add color then shape with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit.  Stack the petals then adhere to the card front with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive adding some yellow glitter glue to the flower centers.  Stamp the orchid with flourishes from the Regal Hummingbird Cling set twice with Memento ink onto Crygoen metallic card stock then die cut with the coordiating die.  Color the vines with Copics G24, G28 and G40 then trim them off the flower.  Adhere to the card front with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive.  Trim out the A Gift of Love sentiment panel from the paper collection, back with burgundy card stock and mount on the card front with dimensional foam.  

For the inside of the card, add another 5 3/4" square panel from the Botanic Orchid paper collection.  Die cut the fancy border from the Regal Borders and Pockets set from burgundy card stock and add to the inside of the card.  Add a panel from the paper collection for a sentiment/signature panel, matted with burgundy card stock. Stamp the large sentiment panel from the Botanic Orchid Wishes Cling set and die cut the flowers using the coordinating die from the Botanic Orchid Bouquet Die set.  Color with the same color combination as above and add to card inside with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive.  Add a bit of yellow glitter to the flower centers.
