I purchased this wonderful Christmas DP from the Oh What Fun collection from 3 Bugs in a Rug. And I thought the paper was well suited to use with my little twig hair snowman from Repeat Impressions.
I colored my snowman with Copic markers and used my oval Nesties to die cut him out. I used a white glaze pen to add accents to scallops on the oval. I also used my Copic blender pen to give the blue background around my snowman a kind of mottled look.
I love the look of all the new DP's with glaze and glitter accents. I cut out 3 stars from the top paper, "Deck the Halls" to add to the stripes of the "Merry Christmas" paper on the bottom. Then I outlined them with my white glaze pen to make them show up better. And although it does not show on the scan, I also white glaze outlined all the stars on the paper on top as well as adding some dots around the ovals.
I hope you like my card and thanks for stopping by.

That odd little snowman brings a smile to your face. That paper sure is busy but it works the way you put it together. Cute!
The paper makes the card! It is an odd little snowman -- I have to come up with something too with him!
