Hugs and Kisses from Repeat Impressions

Here is a simple little card I made for Valentines Day with my new Repeat Impressions stamps.

I stamped the Hugs & Kisses stamp twice with Memento black ink to make the red panel. It is much prettier in real life as I used Stardreams paper so it has a lovely shimmer.

The heart is also from Repeat Impressions. I used Cryogen White for the embossed panels so they have a great shimmer to them also. This is quick and easy card that I think would be suitable for a guy or a gal.

This second card also uses Repeat Impressions stamps.

I started with these cute lovebirds, stamped them on Cryogen paper, colored them with my Copic markers and cut them out.

To create the heart background, I repeatedly stamped Tumbling Hearts and then embossed it with my Swiss Dots embossing folder.

The ovals and the ribbon tag were created with Spellbinders dies. I used a white glaze pen to add the dots around the scalloped panel. The words are the bottom portion of the stamp used on the first card.

For my third Valentine card, I paper pieced the bears from Repeat Impressions. All of the paper is from the Basic Grey Oh Baby Girl collection.

I again used the Hugs & Kisses stamp for the sentiment, I outlined the letters and the heart with a pink Spica pen. I also used my Spica gel pens to give her bow some bling as well as the faux ribbon below the sentiment. The flowers are from Prima. I airbrushed the gems for the flower centers and the rhinestones in the corners to match the purple flowers on the bears.

Hard to believe Christmas is over and we now have to think of Valentine's Day. I hope these cards give you some inspiration.
