Stampscapes class #3

I taught my very talented ladies again on Thursday evening. They have found out how much fun and how easy it is to Stampscape! Soon, I don't think they will need me anymore.

My first scene was for Bev, she wanted me to use this lighthouse from one of the unmounted sets. To color the rocks, I used Adirondack Slate, Ginger and Lettuce in that order. Adding the Lettuce last gives a wonderful mix of the three, lots of interesting shading. The water is Ocean Aqua and Stream, Stonewashed and Denim for the sky. Oh, and we colored the lighthouse with LePlume markers. Finished size is 4 x 5.25 inches

On to the second scene, Edna and Bev wanted to do a night time scene with "those white dots" like I have on my blog header. Egads, Kevin's white dots that drive an anal person like me nuts. For two reasons, I made this scene smaller. First of all, I did not want to tap, tap, tap that much blue on that large of an area (my header scene is a half sheet of paper and I airbrushed that one). And the last scene I did is a half sheet of paper so I knew we could not get two large scenes done.

For this night time snowy scene I used Ocean Aqua, Marvy Carribean Blue, Stonewashed and lastly Denim. Added the white dots and I was done. Finished size is 4 x 5.25 inches.

Now for the last scene, it is one you have seen before but this is done with ink pads, not Copics and I added a few extra finishing touches.

The tree trunks are Adirondack Espresso, the cabin is Ginger. For the grass I used a mix of Lettuce, Pesto and Meadow. The path is Latte, and the trees are Lettuce. For the sky I used Stonewashed. The trees in the distance were stamped with Memento London Fog. Finished size is 5 x 8.5 inches.

I love the cabin in the woods. Which set are the trees in front on each side from? I have the cabin and the road is in with the church set but I would love to have these big tree trunks. Your artwork is gorgeous!
