Puffin - Just Because

I just love Puffins, they are so fat and fluffy and cute and this guy from Coronado Island Designs is no exception.

I stamped him with Memento black ink on Cryogen white paper. There is not much color to the bird, just some shading with Copic Cool Gray 1 and 3. His beak is YR16 and Y18. The rock is colored with E70.

I airbrushed B21 and B41 in the sky, then stamped the fronds and used G21 to add some color to them.

The designer paper is from the Indigo Dreams collection by Recess of Carson-Dellosa. I airbrushed the flower from my Prima Bucket of Blooms blue to match the cardstock and the DP. The saying is from Hero Arts. Finished size is 5x7 inches.

The fat and fluffy puffin is a cutie! Lovely card as always -- great tip to airbrush the flowers.

This is one cool looking Puffin, he's sure a handsome chappie, perched there on his rock.
Love the layout Sandy.

Sandy,
The puffin card is simply exquisite. Something about the elegant papers in blue-grey, combined with the puffin stamp, really make this an outstanding card. Wish I had your talent, and your ultra-speedy ability to pull together such beautiful cards in record-breaking time. Thanks for sharing.
