Queen on her Own - RSM Spring issue

On page 52 of the new Spring 2009 issue of Rubber Stamp Madness magazine you will see a card made by me. The theme was Kings & Queens.

I stamped this fabulous image from Stone House stamps with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Cryogen white paper.

Of course I used my Copics to color the scene, airbrushing the sky. The main panel was cut and embossed with a rectangle Nestabilitie die from Spellbinders. I embossed the purple panel with my Cuttlebug Argyle embossing folder. Added some Prima flowers and leaves, a metal embellishment and I was done.

What do you think she is dreaming about?

Sandy-I think she is dreaming up ideas of how to get her sorry butt husband out of the castle so she can have some time to herself.

Sandy -

What an absolutely gorgeous card, stunning! And as to what she's dreaming about, that's easy, she's hoping maids come with that castle - LOL.

Sandy, your picture is beautiful. What a pick for the magazine. It's beautiful down to the flowers. I haven't seen that cuttlebug folder before. Congratulations! What's she thinking, I really need a good idea to get an 8 X 10 done for the February contest, oh what shall I do?
