Using this weeks Sketch from Split Coast Stampers, I grabbed my Basic Grey Sugar Rush 6x6 pad of papers and some matching card stock. This is a great sketch and there is no easier way to match papers than using these paper pads from Basic Grey. I just love them for card making as the patterns are smaller. I stamped Ruffles with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Cryogen paper. Copics used:

Collar - B91, YR23
The saying is from my Penny Black clear set Bubbly. I thought it fit perfectly. The border punch is Doily Lace border from Martha Stewart. Finished size is 5.5 inches square.
