Mushroom Lane

For those of you who do not subscribe to my other stamping blog, I thought I should add this post over here as well...........

My fellow Karen's Doodles Design Team member, Zoe McGrath has opened her own online store, Make It Crafty.  She lives down under in Australia.  And she is selling digi images, landscape and scenery so far.  I love scenery as most of you know.  So I combined 4 of her images and came up with this cute little scene I call "Mushroom Lane"  Wonder who lives in that fabulous little house?

Using Adobe Photoshop Elements 6, I started with the wonderfully spooky Oak Tree image, then added Crooked Picket Fence in front of it.  Next came the Whimsical Mushroom on the left and then my favorite, Mushroom House on the right.  I printed the merged image onto Cryogen paper with my inkjet printer, then started coloring.  Copics used:
Mushrooms - E50, E51, E53
Rocks - E70, E71
Leaves - G21, YG93
Flower - BV01
Grass - G40, E50
Tree - E41, E43, E44
Tree Leaves - G40, G21
Fence - E40
Ladybug - R35, C7
Awnings - R35
Door - E43, E41

I masked the mushrooms and the fence and airbrushed the sky using B23, B24, R85.  Finished size is 6" square.  Zoe has another house, Boot House, that I am just itching to color.   Stop by and check it out.
