Bird Watching

Here is one of the daily visitors to my suet feeder in the backyard, a male Red Bellied Woodpecker.  I don't think he is in any danger of starving, lol.  He is quite vocal if the suet feeder is empty.  And he will also hang on the big bird feeder and help himself to seed.  I love watching the birds, today with the help of my friend, Bonnie, I identified a Northern Flicker that stopped by.  I was not able to get a clear picture but hope he will come back by soon.

What a beautiful picture!
I also love to watch the birds in our garden. When I'm sitting behind the computer, like now, I can see the suet feeder and I love it when all kinds of birds are eating there.
Have a nice day,
Sandra

Great picture. You must have a good camera as looks like you were very close to the bird. We feed the birds also. Fun to watch them. Edna

This is outstanding! I just posted on my Facebook page a photo of the mafioso of Cardinals that entertain me each day. I captured a photo with 5 reds and another with a mix of 9 males and females!!! Love your little feathered friend
