Outlines Red, Black and White challenge

Our team challenge this week for Outlines Rubber Stamp is to use the colors red, black and white.  Please stop by and visit the rest of the incredibly talented team and see what they have created for you.

I began my card with this fabulous Inspiration Background from the Graphic Square series.  I stamped it with Versacolor black ink, embossing with clear embossing powder.  Next came Inspiration Square Large 2 followed by Inspiration Square Small.   I trimmed each square, mounting on first black then red card stock.  I used dimensionals to raise the large and small squares.  The last step was to add some bling with my red Viva Decor Pearl Pen.  This was a very quick and easy card to make but I love the elegant look from all the embossing.  Finished size is 5.5 inches square.

This is a very beautiful card. Red, Black, and White is a difficult challenge and you pulled it off wonderfully.

How funny that we used the same background and pearl pen for our cards - great minds think alike! Beautiful job! That has become my favorite background stamp!

WOW! Love the way you've created with these squares, Sandy! I'm also a fan of clear embossing over black to get that awesome sharp look.

Happy Valentines Day!
