Sweet Stamps Challenge 19 - Embossing

Today our challenge at Sweet Stamps blog is.....

Embossing - Dry or Heat

Anyone can enter, but if you use a Sweet Stamps rubber stamp you get two entries into the challenge for a chance to win a $20 shopping spree.

I think this is my favorite floral image from Sweet Stamps, it is called Elegant Roses, I love coloring it because it is so easy to shade.  I decided to go with dry embossing.  I used Cheery Lynn Designs Coved Rectangle XL Stacking dies for the image panel.  The red panel is dry embossed with an XL Sweet Stamps embossing plate.  I added a border using Dotties Ric Rac Border die, also from Cheery Lynn.  Finished size is 5 x 7 inches.

Be sure to visit Sweet Stamps blog and see what the rest of the team has created for you.   And please join in on the fun!

Beautiful Sandy, love the striking colors of the red and black together.

Wanted to extend my apologies for not being by to see your cards the past couple of weeks, as you know blogger wasn't playing nice and I couldn't comment on anything or anyone's blogs!! I am catching up on commenting with the team post and think my blogger issues are a thing of the past (keeping those fingers crossed). Thanks for your understanding and patience with me.
