A2 Floral cards

Here are two A2 cards I created for my last class with my stamping ladies.  For the first one, I began with my Dutch Doily Rectangle Frame which fits the front of an A2 card perfectly, 4.25 x 5.5 inches.  The great DP behind it is from SEI.  Using my Cherry Blossoms die, I created the flower adding Sugar Beads for some extra sparkle.  Behind the flower I added a Mini Flourish One.  I am entering this card into the Monochromatic challenge at Craft Punked.

For this card, I embossed the white panel with my Hearts and Rose Leaves embossing plate and then added 6 border pieces cut with my Francesca border die.  The flower was created using the new Build a Flower 1 die set, adding some leaves from the Flourish Leaf Strip.   All dies are from Cheery Lynn Designs.  I am entering this card into the Die Cuts challenge at Samuel Taylor's Creative Craft.

Both very pretty. Especially like the 2nd one with all the border pieces. Edna

Sandy - these cards are gorgeous! Love how you used the dies on both of them! The multiple borders on the second card are gorgeous! I am going to have to try this!

Both of these cards are really pretty. Love the layered border. Your purple card that you did this with was a big hit at the show in Australia. We heard so many compliments on it!
