Stampscapes Photo Stamping

I taught class yesterday at Inspiration Station in Ovid, MI and here are my class samples.  I call these Photoscapes; scenes stamped on actual photos.

I like to use photo paper from Staples; the Photo Plus brand, although you most certainly can use your normal glossy card stock.  What I like best about the Photo Plus paper is that you do not need to seal your work with an acrylic glossy spray.  Inks don't fade on this paper.  But it is not good for ordinary scenic stamp as you can not blend color on it at all.  So only for the Photoscapes technique.

I stamp my images with Marvy Matchables black ink.  It is easy to clean up with a baby wipe and you get nice crisp stamped images.

These cards were great fun to make and are perfect for "guy" cards, although everyone seems to enjoy them.  All of the stamps are from Stampscapes Rubber Stamps.  Each card is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.

These are all beautiful. Did you get your photos on line or take them yourself? The designs you made them are great. Edna
