Happy Harvest

The challenge this week on Our Creative Corner is to use dry embossing. When I was in Chicago at the Copic Certification class, one of the images I colored is this wonderful Lockhart stamp, pumpkins in a wheelbarrow from Ellen Hutson. So I found a DP by the Paper Studio that had all the right colors, which I then embossed with the Spots and Dots Cuttlebug folder. I also used the Swiss Dots folder for the green cardstock under the ribbon. I die cut and embossed the image with a Spellbinders Rectangle Nestabilitie die and using the next size larger scalloped die, cut a piece of green to frame it. The saying is from Kitchen Sink Stamps, part of the 3 step Turkey Trot set. It was cut and embossed using one of the original rectangle dies that Spellbinders came out with. I airbrushed the color before removing it from the die. I also colored the rhinestones to match with my airbrush. I like this card, Autumn is my favorite time of the year.
