Happy Everything

I made this card for this week's Besties Challenge - Fabulous Flourish.  I have used Sherri Baldy's Img 694, isn't she just too cute?  I printed her onto Cryogen metallic paper and then colored her with my Copic markers.

I used a white gel pen for the accents on the wings.  All of the dies I used are from Cheery Lynn Designs.  I hand trimmed the image and then mounted it onto a Scalloped Oval Stacker die cut.  I added an Italian Flourish Doily behind the image; die cut from silver mirror card.  I thought it kind of looked like wings.

For the flowers I used my Shasta Daisy Strip die and two patterns of DP.  I curled the edges of the petals around a paint brush before assembling them.  I airbrushed some gems with YR65 and added them to the centers of the flowers.  I die cut a Tiffany border also out of silver mirror card for the base of the card. Using Mini Flourish One I added some greenery around the flowers.  The sentiment is from Lily of the Valley.  The DP is from the Claire Collection by SEI.  Finished size is 6" square. 

Sherri Baldy Frilly Lilly

Meet Frilly Lilly, she is a Sherri Baldy Bestie's digi image and she was so much fun to color.  I chose to use my First Edition Hideaway paper pack for the lovely pastel colors.  So using my Copic markers, I tried to match the paper as closely as I could.  Copics used:

Eyes - B21
Hat and Bows - R30, R32, YG11, YG13
Outfit and Socks - R30, R32, YG11, YG13, Y11
Shoes - E42
Shadow - B0000

I used Cheery Lynn's Mini Fanciful Flourish and Mini Fanciful Flourish Right to create the vine and then using my Cheery Lynn Sweet Williams Strip (the smallest petals),  I die cut 4 layers of text weight paper at once to create my flowers. I added a bit of R32 around the edges of each petal.  Finished size is 6" square.
