Heartfelt Creations Poinsettia Gift Bag

Begin with a premade large gift bag trimmed down to 6 1/2" tall, this one is 8 1/4" wide.  Add a piece of DP from the Celebrate the Season Paper Collection 6" x 7 3/4" to the bag front.  Die cut a Decorative Oval from white card stock and adhere to the bag front with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive.

Using Versamark Ink stamp 4 sets of Sparkling Poinsettia onto 36# vellum and heat emboss with white detail embossing powder.  Die cut the petals with the matching Sparkling Poinsettia Die.  Add color to the back of one of the largest petals with Memento Bamboo Leaves ink.  Cut the petals apart to use as leaves.  Add color to the rest of the petals with Color Box Dark Peony Chalk ink.  Using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit shape the petals.  Adhere the flowers and leaves to the decorative oval with Designer Dries Clear glue.  Follow the picture for placement.

Add the sentiment from the Celebrate the Season Paper Collection.  Die cut the Regal Border die from white card stock.  Cut a backing from the discarded gift bag top.  Layer them with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive and attach to the center top of the gift bag.  Punch two holes on each side of the border and thread ribbon through, tying a bow in the back.  Add gold glitter glue to the flower centers.

Other Products Used:  Turquoise Gift Bag, White Card Stock, 36# Vellum, Versamark Stamp Pad, Detail White Embossing Powder, White Ribbon, Gold Glitter Glue, Hole Punch
